CONFLICT OF INTEREST

13 Financial interest

No Member is entitled to vote upon any question in which he or she has a direct or indirect financial interest, and the vote of any Member so interested shall be disallowed.

14 Voting on Members' salaries

Notwithstanding Rule 13, a Member is entitled to vote upon any question concerning the indemnities, expenses, allowances and salaries of that Member or any other Member payable by the Government of the Northwest Territories.
