COMMISSIONER'S ADDRESS

35 (1) Commissioner’s Address

The Opening Day of each Session shall begin with a “Commissioner’s Address” read by the Commissioner of the Northwest Territories.

 

(2) Advance Distribution to Members

The Commissioner’s Address shall be provided to the Clerk in advance of the House sitting for distribution to all Members on the day the Address is delivered in the Assembly.
