REPLIES TO COMMISSIONER'S ADDRESS

46 (1) Replies to Commissioner’s Address

Every Member may make one reply to the Commissioner’s Address given under Rule 35 and may speak on any matter for any length of time.

(2) Replies on Orders of the Day

The item “Replies to Commissioner’s Address” shall be placed on the Orders of the Day for the day after opening day and for every following sitting day, except the day designated for prorogation.
