WAIVER OF RULES

19 (1) Unanimous consent to waive Rules

The Assembly may waive any rule, procedure, custom or precedent by unanimous consent.

(2) Exceptions

Notwithstanding, Rule 19(1) does not apply to the removal of the Speaker, Deputy Speaker or a Deputy Chair of Committee of the Whole.

Notwithstanding, Rule 19(1) does not apply to the rules regarding the daily adjournment of the House.
